Good morning! How are you doing today? I’m fine I guess. PAUSE. Just fine? Really? It doesn’t really sound like your fine, is there something you want to talk about? PAUSE. LISTEN. Well I guess, you know....I just have been feeling like I am in a rut lately..... ❤️ Listen up. Sometimes that’s all it takes is an extra minute to listen and fully be present while asking someone a second time and give them some free space to open up. It’s very difficult to be vulnerable and tell people that you may be having a shitty week or some very poor thoughts on life.
