We have a 30-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags/stickers still on (if applicable).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sale items can be exchanged or store credit will be given, no refunds.
Once we receive your unworn product, we'll issue your refund or exchange in 2 to 7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the return process is complete. Refunds usually take 2 to 7 business days to show up in your account.
