GTF Outside Of Your Head is a 10 week course designed to take you on an alignment journey of Mind Body and Soul. We dive into the workings of your mind, patterns, limiting beliefs and fears. Bringing awareness to the reasons why we do the things we do, that keeps us from finding calmness, happiness and peace. If we can understand it - we can transcend it.
Then we move on rewiring those things to change from being what actually creates our Purpose in life. You will learn about Presence, Stillness, and Forgiveness.
